“Due to the events of the recent winter storm, our family lost function of our furnace and suffered busted and frozen pipes/no water. Being the Christmas weekend, we elected to wait it out and called Knueves first thing Monday morning when they opened at 7am. By 7:30 Joe was at our door and by 8am, he had our heat restored. Shortly thereafter (within minutes), Ryan and Tony arrived to tackle our water issue. In a very short time, they had our busted pipes fixed and water was restored. After they left, I had additional questions and Tony promptly returned to answer my questions and offer further advice. Thank you, Knueves, for your amazingly prompt response time and exceptional service! You helped return our lives back to “normal” with speed and quality work. Thank you!”
