“We had a no heat situation with our furnace while I was out of town and my wife was home. I contacted Knueve’s and in less than an hour on what I could tell was a busy day, Deb had Greg at our doorstep to check it out. They needed to order a specific part that they needed to make the repair but Greg was able to substitute another part and get the furnace running to keep the house warm until the new part arrived. There ended up being a couple issues with the part that required Greg to return for adjustments, which he did very promptly at no additional cost. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

“Due to the events of the recent winter storm, our family lost function of our furnace and suffered busted and frozen pipes/no water. Being the Christmas weekend, we elected to wait it out and called Knueves first thing Monday morning when they opened at 7am. By 7:30 Joe was at our door and by 8am, he had our heat restored. Shortly thereafter (within minutes), Ryan and Tony arrived to tackle our water issue. In a very short time, they had our busted pipes fixed and water was restored. “Another reason that you are my first and only call when emergencies occur. From my initial call to the service being performed I received nothing but efficient professionalism. A technician was able to be dispatched right away to come diagnose a “No water” issue from my well pump. When he arrived he was attentive to my explanation of the problem and then got right to it. He was able to accurately diagnose it immediately and replace the offending part of the system in mere minutes. From the time I called to job complete I might have only been out of water for a couple hours. Got to love this well run family business with Karing and Kompetent employees.”
