Ron joined the company 35 years ago. Ron graduated from Kalida High School, Kalida Ohio. Ron holds a Master Plumbing License from the State of Ohio.

Married to his wife Bonnie for 26 years, they have two daughters. In his spare time Ron is a member of the Lions Club and has been a Volunteer Fireman for 27 years. He is involved in several church committees with the St. Michaels Church and is an Ohio Buckeye and Cincinnati Reds fan.
